Projections that show their work
Expected points for every Fantasy Premier League player, broken down gameweek by gameweek — the fixture, the difficulty, and which parts of the game each point comes from.
Updated from the official FPL API · Gameweek 1
Most tools give you a number. This one shows the arithmetic behind it — clean sheet, defensive contribution, goals, assists, bonus — summing to the total, next to the fixture that produced it. If a projection looks wrong, you can see exactly why, instead of taking it on trust.

How these projections are built
- Expected minutes first. A hot-form substitute is not a better pick than a nailed starter, however good his per-90 numbers look.
- Each fixture scored on its own, so a blank gameweek scores zero and a double scores twice — rather than an average that hides both.
- Every component priced separately and summed, so the breakdown is the projection rather than a story printed beside it.
- Rates from small samples are regressed toward the positional average. Two minutes of football is not evidence of anything.
